THE BEST! We loved our stay and could not recommend this property or host enough! Joe was extremely easy to communicate with and made sure that we had all the information we needed to make our stay great. The house was clean and well kept. The home is just as described. Great location and close to the beach.  We all agreed that the sectional was the best couch we have ever sat on.

This is our second stay at Jakz Sandbar. It is a beautiful house, with all the amenities, and close to everything! It was sparkling clean and had all we needed. We’ll stay again! Thanks Joe!

Really enjoyed our week. 1.5 blocks from the beach, it was wonderful. Great house and very, very inviting 2nd floor covered deck for coffee in the morning, after dinner relaxing, any time any weather. Great space. The house is great, good layout. Owner is available via text with any questions. Great week, great time. Highly recommended.

Fantastic location to beach, shops, restaurants and nightlife! Shaded front deck to relax outdoors! Comfortable furnishings in all rooms! Great place to vacation!

We’ve vacationed at Jak’z Sandbar for the past 4 years – and it just keeps getting better! Sea Isle City is a lovely, friendly town. And Jak’z Sandbar is the perfect house to enjoy all Sea Isle has to offer. Just a short walk to the beach and boardwalk. The deck is shaded and lovely to enjoy coffee in the morning and drinks in the evening. Every amenity is provided to make the perfect vacation house.

Another great week of vacation at Jakz Sandbar!! We loved all of the new updates, especially the new comfy living room furniture. Like always everything was exactly the way that it should be and Joe checked in on us and was super responsive.

Another wonderful week!  Love this home & location! We returned a few years to enjoy this house & it is always clean, organized, stocked with necessities, and this year as a bonus was redecorated! The host is very easy to work with and accessible.

The house is beautifully kept with everything you need but only a block from the beach and walking distance to all of our favorite restaurants and bars. We will definitely be back!

This is a great home to stay in for your trip to Sea Isle. Each room is configured exactly as advertised, and the finishes in the home were even better than advertised. New comfortable large sofa and new flooring. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen was stocked with plates pots pans etc, and the AC worked really well. Can’t beat this location, close to shops and restaurants. Thanks Joe!

Had a great time here. We went in the off-season so it was a little more quiet than during the summer, but you are a few minutes walk from several restaurants and bars, as well as a nice swath of beach. The house was spacious, clean, and well lit, and very comfortable for our group. Joe was responsive before and throughout and was a pleasure to work with on this. Would definitely love to stay here again in the future, thanks again.

We had a wonderful time during our girls weekend! The house was amazing and so close to the beach. The owner was very communicative and knowledgeable about the property and Sea Isle itself. It was fabulous ! Even though it was chilly, we did spend some time on the beach, which was so picturesque. Overall the whole experience was amazing! Can’t wait to come back!
