Jak'z Sandbar Beach House Description
Welcome to Jak'z Sandbar beach house. We hope you enjoy your vacation and enjoy our home as much as we do. This 4 bedroom, 3 bath furnished townhouse sleeps 12 comfortably and is located only 4 houses from the beach. Jak'z Sandbar has an open and spacious family room perfect for the family to hang together. The view of the ocean from the front deck is beautiful and the deck has an awning to provide comfortable shade on those hot summer days.
Park your car for the week and walk everywhere !!!
Perfectly located in the North end of Sea Isle City with all of the shopping, entertainment and restaurants within walking distance. We are 500 ft from the beach and our unique location puts you close to the action but far enough away to avoid the noise. This is the perfect house for one or several families looking to enjoy gorgeous Sea Isle City.
One block to the North is Pirate Island Miniature Golf which offers 18 holes that take you on a journey through theme-park like attractions of animated pirates, caves, waterfalls, suspension bridges, and pirate ships - a unique adventure for all ages!
One block to the East is the Promenade, which has shops, eateries, arcades and many places to sit and enjoy.
Five blocks (8 minute walk) to the south is Excursion Park, where you can enjoy Free Music in the Park, Free Classic & Family Movies Under the Stars, the Farmers Market, Acoustic Open Mic Night and so much more.
This spacious townhouse is a great choice for your family vacation. When you enter the home on the 1st floor there are two bedrooms and one full bath. Up the steps to the 2nd floor you will enter the open and spacious family room, dining area and kitchen. The family room has a gas fireplace for you to enjoy on those cooler nights. Down the hallway is the third bedroom and another full bath. Up the steps to the third floor, you will find a beautiful master suite with a private full bath and a large walk in closet. The master suite has its own private deck with a fantastic view of the Bay.
Jak'z Sandbar also has a vinyl fenced in yard (however, sorry no pets are allowed) and an outside private shower for after the beach.
Don’t want to miss out on your favorite shows? No need to worry, 5 flat screen TV’s with complimentary cable and high speed internet and WIFI access is all for you to enjoy. NETFLIX is also available for free in the Large Family Room. Just tell the remote "NETFLIX" and it will take you there where thousands of movies and TV shows are available for free.

I loved this airbnb home and location. I just wished local Airbnb rentals (especially just weekends) had items like sheets, towels , some start up paper products & coffee for guests like a hotel provided. .It seems every other state we rent an air bnb these items are at the home. But not in New Jersey. We were down for two nights for a wedding and brought our usual summer vaca sheets, towels other items which was fine, but would have preferred not too. Just a suggestion

Joe and his family run a very professional operation. Communication is always consistent, clear, and on point. The house is beautifully kept with brand new appliances and possibly the best location in Sea Isle. While Joe does not control the weather, he ordered us in a great 14 days to close out the season. It is easy to Drop a great review when all things go perfect. Due to one of my family members messing around with the thermostat, I found myself needing to reach out to Joe. Within five minutes we had it properly programmed again and his responsiveness was of the highest levels. It’s beautiful home that is well kept business for his guests and we will absolutely be returning once again to Jakz Sandbar.

Joe’s property fit our needs perfectly. It exceeded our expectations. It is a short walk to the beach. The location is awesome with easy access to fast food for the grandkids plus there are plenty of restaurants for take out, or formal dining if that’s your thing. Joe cares about his guests. Deposits & Payments
Fall Early booking: A 25% DEPOSIT is required for a booking made prior to January 1 for the following summer season. An additional 25% is due on January 15th. The remaining 50% balance, PLUS a $500 refundable SECURITY DEPOSIT, is due 60 days prior to arrival.
Normal booking: A 50% DEPOSIT is required for a booking made after January 1 for the current summer season. The remaining 50% balance, PLUS a $500 refundable SECURITY DEPOSIT, is due 60 days prior to arrival.
I will email you a Full rental agreement w/ your name & dates to review & sign on your phone/computer AND also request a copy of the signer’s driver's license of the person signing the agreement.
Sorry for the inconvenience, but in this online world, this is to ensure the guest that is booking our home is valid & genuine.
NO RESERVATIONS ARE SECURED WITHOUT THE INITIAL DEPOSIT PAYMENT, COPY OF SIGNERS DRIVERS LICENSE & THE SIGNED RENTAL LEASE AGREEMENT.
Security Deposit
We know you don't intend to cause any damage to the property but this is our home and no matter how careful and responsible you are, accidents can happen to anyone.
A refundable SECURITY DEPOSIT in the amount of $ 500.00 USD is required when final payment is made 60 days prior to arrival.
The SECURITY DEPOSIT will be returned to the guest within 14 days of check-out provided no deductions are made due to damage caused to the property and/or furnishings, missing items, dirt or other mess requiring excess housekeeping charges, unpaid fees, etc.
Any damage in excess of the SECURITY DEPOSIT will be the Guest's responsibility.
Cleaning
While guests are not expected to clean the home, it is a condition of your reservation that you agree to leave the home in a tidy and acceptable standard. An unacceptable standard is defined as leaving the home measurably different from check-in. This includes, but is not limited to, moving furniture, leaving behind large quantities of personal possessions or trash, etc.
Check-out is by 10:00 AM at the latest. Cleaning teams must occupy the unit sharply at 10:00 AM to properly prepare the house for the next guest. Please cooperate by leaving promptly. If you fail to check-out by 10:00 AM, the owner reserves the right to charge an additional night's stay.
No Pets are allowed.
No Smoking is allowed.
Cancellation Policy
If you are forced to cancel an executed Rental Lease Agreement, you will still be responsible for payment of the rent monies.
Any cancellation request of a booking by the Renter must be in writing.
Cancellations will be subject to the ability to re-rent the home. There is no guarantee we will be able to re-rent the home, and there is also no guarantee we will be able to re-rent the home for the same price you paid. We will provide our best efforts to re-rent the home.
If the property is re-rented we will issue a refund in the amount we were able to re-rent the property for, less a $250 cancellation fee. There will be no refund if the property is not able to be re-rented for the cancelled period.
TRAVEL INSURANCE can protect your vacation investment if unforeseen circumstances require you to cancel your trip.
We strongly encourage all of our guests to purchase comprehensive trip cancellation insurance to cover any unforeseen circumstances within or without your control. Travel insurance can be purchased through many different outlets such as travel clubs and credit card companies.

Guest signing the Rental Lease Agreement acknowledges that he/she is at least 25 years old and understands that he/she must take possession of the home on check-in day and personally occupy the property for the duration of the lease. We do not rent to house parties and/or groups including but not limited to fraternity, high school graduation, spring break from high schools or colleges, or other non-family groups to be determined at the sole discretion of Jak’z Sandbar.
Any violation will result in termination of rental lease agreement without refund.

Three parking spaces are available. One in the garage and two in the driveway. There is additional street parking available if needed.
Are beach tags provided?
Twelve (12) beach tags are provided. Please leave the twelve SEASON beach tags in the townhouse when you check-out. How close is the beach access?
The beach is 1 Block (500 ft) from Jak'z Sandbar.
Does your property have free wifi, cable & Netflix?
Of course! What's a vacation without it? Wifi name and password will be located in the townhouse. Comcast cable is on all TVs and Netflix is available for free in the Main Living Room.
What do we do with our trash?
Trash collection days are posted within the home for your review.
Summer Season (between Memorial Day & Labor Day) trash must be taken to the end of the driveway by 7:00 AM the morning of collection.
Off Season (between Labor Day and Memorial Day) put all trash into garbage bags and put neatly in garage when you check-out for cleaner to dispose of.
If there is excess of trash on departure due to not putting trash out, there will be a $50 pickup charge.
Is there a telephone for local calls?
There is no local phone in the townhouse.
Do I need to bring my own toilet tissue?
In making your reservation you understand that your vacation will be self-catering in nature. It is the responsibility of the guest to provide items such as toilet paper, paper towels, extra garbage bags, dishwasher powder or liquid, laundry detergent, soap, shampoo etc.
Are linens and towels provided?
Linens and towels are NOT provided. There is a terrific local linen service available if you do not want to bring your own. You can make arrangements directly with them and view options & pricing at https://www.linenfairies.com or contact Shirley at (856) 693-4219.
Does Jak'z Sandbar allow group bookings?
NO. We rent to families and responsible adults ONLY. We do not rent to house parties and/or groups including but not limited to fraternity, high school graduation, spring break from high schools or colleges, or other non-family groups to be determined at the sole discretion of Jak’z Sandbar.
Do you give refunds if we need to cancel?
Because payments are non-refundable, we suggest Travel Interruption Insurance Travel protection. We will provide our best efforts to re-rent the home. If the property is re-rented we will issue a refund in the amount we were able to re-rent the property for, less a $250 cancellation fee. There will be no refund if the property is not able to be re-rented for the cancelled period.
